Tocher: Top 8 Cars from Lights Out V

[tps_title]ULTIMATE CLASSIC[/tps_title]

For years, “Little Ricky” Pennington has been a killer class racer on the NHRA trail with an immaculate ’64 Chevelle, but for the last couple of race seasons he’s also been campaigning this equally impressive, 427-equipped ’69 Chevelle. At Lights Out V, the Alabama racer with his dad, Rick, as crew chief qualified 12th with a 5.17 at 135.67 mph, then won their first round of racing before the event was canceled by rain. Just a great looking, clean car.IGT_Pennington_2
