Defending Pro Outlaw 632 world champion Dillon Voss will make his Extreme Pro Stock debut at the PDRA Super Strip Nationals, July 19-21, at National Trail Raceway near Columbus, Ohio. Dillon Voss, backed by twin brother and crew chief Cory Voss, will drive Enoch Love’s 2002 Chevrolet Cavalier starting in Ohio.
“I cannot be more excited to run Extreme Pro Stock with Enoch Love,” said Voss. “This has been a huge goal for a long time. Everything has fallen into place and we are able to team up with Enoch and compete against the best in the business. Extreme Pro Stock is the pinnacle of naturally aspirated racing.”
Voss will have the same crew from his Pro Outlaw 632 car making the calls and servicing the XPS car. Cory Voss will lead as crew chief, making the calls that led the Voss Racing Engines team to a world championship in 2017. The twins’ father, Kenny Voss, will service the engines and Mark Voss will be handle maintenance on the back half of the car.
“It’s a family racing operation. When we put this deal together we all wanted to go into this as a team. We work exceptionally well together – I think that showed last year,” Voss explained. “To run for a championship is amazing, but to be able to do it with your family, wife and kids adds a whole other dimension to it. This is a picture perfect scenerio.”
