Race Star Wheels, manufacturer of elite drag racing and street performance wheels, expands upon their series partnerships by signing on to become an official Product Sponsor of the Real Pro Mod (RPM) association. Race Star’s support spans RPM’s 12-race season within NHRA’s national event schedule starting with the Amalie Motor Oil NHRA Gatornationals held March 14-17.
“Pro Mods create a lot of excitement in the grandstands when they run down the track,” said L.B. Davis, owner of Race Star. “As Race Star continues to grow its presence at racetracks, we see an alignment with a growing group like Pro Mods to be a great step forward.”
Race Star’s entire line of wheels are available for viewing on the NHRA midway and RPM racers can also compete for the Race Star Wheels Top Speed Award during qualifying rounds.
Race Star recently introduced their new one-piece configured Pro-Forged wheel series which includes a 16”x16” Double Bead Lock Pro Stock/Sportsman wheel along with a 16”x16” Pro Mod Liner wheel. “Through our extensive research and development efforts, we have brought a competitive wheel to the table. We are excited for Pro Mod teams to see the quality of our design and wheel manufacturing in person,” said Davis.
