PTE Joins XDRL Contingency Program

PTE-logo300Precision Turbo & Engine has been named the official sponsor of the newly-formed X-Treme Drag Racing League’s (X-DRL) Pro Turbo class. Additionally, Precision is proud to be an official sponsor of the 2013 X-DRL Contingency Program for its inaugural season.

The Precision Turbo & Engine Pro Turbo class will feature some of quickest and fastest cars in the country, showcasing the greatest technological innovations in turbocharging.

“We are excited to really push the limits on performance this year and to be working with the X-DRL. With a class specifically designed for turbocharged cars, we are expecting to see ETs and MPHs unlike anything before.” stated Harry Hruska, President of Precision.

Furthermore, PTE will work with racers to study their data and performance innovations as part of an ongoing effort to improve the overall Precision product line.

Precision Turbo & Engine will also pay any X-DRL Contingency Program participant who uses a PTE turbocharger for a win or runner-up finish in all X-DRL heads-up classes at all events of 2013. As per the X-DRL’s Contingency Rules, any racer wishing to claim a Precision Turbo & Engine contingency payout must display a PTE contingency decal on both sides of their car for the entire duration of the event in order to be eligible for cash payment.

The Precision Turbo & Engine X-DRL Contingency Program payouts are as follows:

Heads-Up Classes                  Winner: $300                                    Runner-Up: $100
