ODYSSEY battery by EnerSys, an affiliate sponsor of Don Schumacher Racing (DSR), announced Oct. 1, it will be the primary sponsor of Spencer Massey’s Top Fuel Dragster for the 30th annual NHRA Nationals Oct. 2-5, at Maple Grove Raceway, near Reading, Pennsylvania, where the EnerSysworld headquarters are located.
“We have the opportunity to showcase the ODYSSEY battery brand colors on Spencer Massey’s Top Fuel Dragster thanks to our relationship with Don Schumacher Racing,” said Dave McMullen, director of commercial marketing for specialty and UPS markets at EnerSys.
“We are looking forward to the NHRA event at Maple Grove Raceway, which is so close to home for many of us, and hope that the ODYSSEY Battery Top Fuel Dragster brings luck to Spencer and the entire DSR team.”
