JESEL Posts PDRA Contingency for Shaft Rocker Systems

JESEL, a major performance parts manufacturer in the world of competitive motorsports, has stepped up its support of the PDRA and its racers as the organization heads into its second year of competition.

JESEL_White_BGJESEL has announced that it will be posting $300 to win and $150 runner-up money for competitors utilizing JESEL shaft rockers in 2015. To qualify for this contingency, cars must be running JESEL rockers and display JESEL decals on both sides of the vehicle.

Not only does it pay in the winner’s circle to run JESEL rockers – it is a great way to ensure that you will be there in the final round. JESEL offers more choices of shaft rocker kits than any other manufacturer, from its super affordable Sportsman Series to its Pro Steel Series Nitro/Alcohol shaft rockers, JESEL offers the ultimate rocker setup for your engine combination. Its popular Pro Series is custom built to your specifications including rocker ratio, pivot length, body profile, nose roller and adjuster style – all choices you can make to optimize the shaft rocker system for your application.

For more than 35 years JESEL has been building shaft rocker systems for premier drag cars like Pro Stock, Pro Mod, Comp Eliminator and more recently Top Fuel and Funny Car. Today it employs FEA design capability, an in-house metallurgy lab, precise 5-axis CNC machines, proprietary coatings, Spintron testing and its “secret weapon” – renown valvetrain designer Dan Jesel. Dan’s vast experience spans all forms of racing – NASCAR, NHRA, Le Mans, Bonneville and more.

“JESEL is an outstanding company and we at the PDRA are extremely pleased to welcome them back for 2015,” said PDRA Race Director Bob Harris. “They are the best of the best at what they do, and racers in all forms of motorsports depend on the race-winning strength and reliability JESEL products have come to be known for.”
