Roy Hill’s Drag Racing School and the Tasca family are hosting a unique Jr. Dragster event July 11-13, at Piedmont Dragway in Julian, NC.
Three generations of the Tasca family will be in attendance: Bob Tasca Jr., his son, NHRA Funny Car driver Bob Tasca III, and his sons, Bob Tasca IV, Austin, and Cameron.
Hill’s renowned drag racing school will be conducting a special Jr. Dragster-only session Thursday, July 11th and Friday, July 12th. After refining their craft at the school, competitors can put their skills to the test during the Jr. Dragster Championships to be held Saturday, July 13th.
Pro Jr. Dragster, Sportsman Jr. Dragster, gambler races and a special parents/crew chief race will be contested.
Free prizes and giveaways will be held throughout the event, and the winners of Pro Jr. Dragster and Sportsman Jr. Dragster and a guest will be honorary crew members for Bob Tasca III’s Funny Car team and Roy Hill’s Super Stock team during the 6th annual NHRA Nationals at zMax Dragway on September 13th-15th.
