BME Announces Contingency Awards for World Series of Pro Mod

Bill Miller Engineering (BME), one of the most established and respected names in forged aluminum pistons and connecting rods, is proud to announce contingency awards available to racers participating in the Drag Illustrated World Series of Pro Mod and the Aeromotive Wild Card Shootout on August 4-5, 2017 at Bandimere Speedway near Denver, Colorado. For over 40 years, BME has been an innovator in forged aluminum pistons and connecting rods, making them the first choice for the winningest Top Fuel and Funny Car teams, as well as a leader in demanding blown alcohol, turbocharged, and nitrous combinations.

$3,000 in contingency awards will be available to those racers who utilize BME pistons or connecting rods and run the BME contingency decal on each side of the car during the World Series of Pro Mod race weekend. $1,000 is up for grabs for the winners of both the Aeromotive Wild Card Shootout held on Friday, August 4, and the World Series of Pro Mod main event on Saturday, August 5. $500 is available to the runner-up of each race. Documentation must be submitted to BME to claim your award.

“We couldn’t be more excited to become involved with the inaugural World Series of Pro Mod, and we’re proud to announce this program to help support those racers running BME rods and pistons. We’ve enjoyed a long, successful partnership with Drag Illustrated and this is a great way to expand the relationship. It’s going to be an event that’s talked about for a long time,” stated BME founder, Bill Miller.
