Despite minor damage to World Wide Technology (WWT) Raceway from recent storms, including overturned bleachers onto the racing surface, facility staff and contractors plan to have the track repaired well before NMRA & NMCA’s Race for the Rings & Thrill Festival.

The event is set for May 3-5 and promises a weekend full of action for everyone. Both series will compete during the three days, which include Pro Mods, Renegades, and more, plus heads-up and index racing.

On Saturday, the Thrill Festival is set to feature highly competitive drag racing, flame-throwing jet cars, FMX Freestyle Motocross stunt shows, the world’s largest BIGFOOT Monster Truck, Race for the Rings Shootouts, TV personality & DJ Clarence Barnes, a massive car show and huge midway, plus a chance for fans to win free prizes.

Kids 12 & under are free, and parking is also free at WWT Raceway for the event. To learn more and purchase tickets, visit NMRAdigital.com or NMCAdigital.com
