Drag Illustrated is thrilled to announce that tickets for the highly anticipated Drag Illustrated Winter Series at Bradenton Motorsports Park will go on sale Sept. 23 at 2 p.m. ET. This three-race championship series, featuring the Snowbird Outlaw Nationals, U.S. Street Nationals, and the iconic World Series of Pro Mod, promises to deliver the most thrilling eighth-mile drag racing action in the world.
The Drag Illustrated Winter Series will kick off with the historic Snowbird Outlaw Nationals on Dec. 6-8, 2024, followed by the intense U.S. Street Nationals on Jan. 24-26, 2025, and will culminate with the highly anticipated World Series of Pro Mod from Feb. 27 to March 1, 2025. Fans can look forward to unforgettable racing experiences with ticket options that include general admission seating and a limited VIP package offering exclusive starting line access.
“Anticipation for this new three-race championship series is reaching a fever pitch, and we’re excited to announce that tickets for these monster events will go on sale next week,” said Wes Buck, Drag Illustrated Winter Series promoter. “Fan experience means everything to us, and we’re pulling out all the stops this winter. Drag racing fans deserve destination events like this, and we can’t wait to welcome them to their home away from home this winter in Florida.”
The Drag Illustrated Winter Series will bring together the biggest names and best drivers in the world of drag racing for an all-out battle for supremacy. The series builds on the success of the World Series of Pro Mod, known for its fierce competition, electric atmosphere and unprecedented production value.
“The World Series of Pro Mod has set a new standard for drag racing entertainment, and we’re excited to expand that level of pomp and circumstance across all three of these races,” Buck added. “Whether you’re at just one or all three, you’re going to be a part of drag racing history. We’re charting a new course for this sport, and it starts this winter at Bradenton Motorsports Park.”
Victor Alvarez, track owner and operator of Bradenton Motorsports Park, shared his excitement about the upcoming events.
“We’re so lucky at Bradenton Motorsports Park because we have the best fans in the country,” Alvarez said. “The support we get from the local community is absolutely incredible, and when you pair that with a show that will motivate fans to travel from all points of the globe to be a part of it…that’s when the magic happens. It’s going to be a movie down here this winter.
“Because we have such awesome fan support, we’re always putting pressure on ourselves to improve the experience, ratchet up the entertainment value, and give as much bang for your buck as possible,” Alvarez continued. “There’s no show in drag racing that will rival what’s happening across all three of our Drag Illustrated Winter Series events.”
The Drag Illustrated Winter Series is poised to become the premier winter destination for drag racing enthusiasts, offering a one-of-a-kind experience filled with the sport’s most popular and talented drivers, world-class production, and the most competitive fields in the sport.
