Stroud Safety Acquires White Safety; Brand to Continue Serving Entry-Level Racers from Oklahoma City

Stroud Safety has acquired White Safety, expanding its presence in motorsports safety while continuing to support racers entering the sport and those seeking accessible safety solutions.

White Safety will continue operating from Oklahoma City and remain focused on providing reliable, cost-effective motorsports safety equipment for grassroots and entry-level racers. The acquisition is intended to strengthen long-term support for the White brand while maintaining its established role within the racing community.

“White Safety has always served an important part of this sport,” said Tommy Cunningham, owner of Stroud Safety. “There are a lot of racers who need dependable safety equipment at an accessible price point, and White has earned their trust by delivering exactly that.”

White Safety will continue offering its most popular products while benefiting from Stroud Safety’s manufacturing experience, testing resources, and operational support.

John Gentry, Chief Revenue Officer of Stroud Safety, said the acquisition supports a clear distinction between the two brands.

“Stroud and White serve different racers with different needs,” Gentry said. “This allows each brand to stay focused while improving long-term support, availability, and service for customers.”

As part of the transition, White Safety has launched a newly updated website designed to improve product access and customer communication.
