For the first time in three years, a Southeast Gassers Association race weekend will be livestreamed, showcasing the Spring Nationals presented by Harbin’s Mechanical at South Georgia Motorsports Park. All of the on-track action from the first test passes on Friday, March 21st, to the final rounds on Saturday evening, March 22nd, will be watchable for free on the Southeast Gassers Association YouTube channel.
The action to take place with SEGA’s first-ever visit to SGMP will certainly be worth the time for drag racing fans to tune in. There will be over 70 period correct, naturally aspirated, manually shifted, wheel-toting gassers of all makes and models from 1967 and earlier racing at SEGA’s biggest event to date. There is even chatter that the high caliber of track that SGMP provides will likely allow for the quickest and fastest elapsed times and miles per hour in SEGA history to be on display this weekend. Categories in action include A/Gas, B/Gas, C/Gas, Super Stock, along with H/Gas and A/FX, as the newest categories added to the classes racing for a championship.
On-track action for Friday begins at 5:00 PM Eastern. Within a SEGA race weekend, Friday night serves as a Test and Tune session. With these gasser competitors, it routinely becomes more often a night of them calling each other out in grudge and match racing – sometimes even with money on the line.

Raceday! Raceday! Raceday! That is Saturday for the SEGA competitors at SGMP. Qualifying begins at 1:00 PM Eastern. All the action, beginning with qualifying to the last win light of the last pass of the evening, will be accessible to drag racing fans live and for free.
