Rockingham Dragway was the place to be over the weekend as Justin Swanstrom’s SWANFEST brought big-money racing, wild performances, and plenty of action to the legendary North Carolina strip. Headlined by the $100,000-to-win Extreme 275 shootout and the $50,000 ASAG shootout, the event also featured fierce competition in Jr. 4.84, Lil Gangstas, and 6.00 Index classes, making for a full weekend of door-car drag racing excitement.

When the smoke cleared, Travis Harvey emerged as the star of the show, sweeping both marquee shootouts behind the wheel of Justin Swanstrom’s “Prenup” Lexus in ASAG and Swanstrom’s “Money Bag” Camaro in Extreme 275. Drag Illustrated contributing photographer Kaitlyn Ward was on-site capturing it all — from the high-stakes on-track action to candid pit moments and winner’s circle celebrations. Check out the gallery below for a look back at all the highlights from SWANFEST at “The Rock.”
