Friday qualifying at the Talbert Manufacturing PDRA Northern Nationals presented by Callies Performance brought big performances and tight competition to U.S. 131 Motorsports Park as drivers set the stage for an action-packed Saturday race day. With cool evening air and a well-prepped track, Tim Paap grabbed the spotlight in Switzer Dynamics Pro Nitrous, earning his second No. 1 qualifier of the season with a 3.624-second pass at 206.61 mph.
Other top qualifiers included Randy Weatherford in Pro Boost, Fletcher Cox in Pro Street, Jeremy Huffman in Extreme Pro Stock, and Lexi Tanner in Pro 632, all laying down strong runs in the fifth stop of the 2025 Red Line Oil PDRA Drag Racing Series. Sportsman and Jr. Dragster racers also made their mark with standout performances across multiple classes.
