Fuel Factory Announces Leadership Transition; Marc Wesler Set to Serve as President

Fuel Factory – the fastest-growing manufacturer of high-performance race fuels – today announced a major leadership transition. Michael Tedesco, who has served as President, will step down from his role to pursue new personal and professional opportunities.

During his tenure, Tedesco provided strong leadership and clear direction, helping shape Fuel Factory’s culture, values, and growth strategy. His vision laid the foundation for the company’s rapid rise within the racing community.

“Michael’s influence on Fuel Factory goes far beyond day-to-day operations,” said Mark Ticen, Director of Operations. “He set the tone for who we are as a company, grounded in integrity, family values, and a shared passion for racing. We’re grateful for his leadership and the example he’s set for all of us.”

Succeeding Tedesco as President will be current Director of Sales, Marc Wesler. Widely credited for driving Fuel Factory’s sales growth and expanding its distributor network, Wesler has played a central role in building the brand’s nationwide presence.

“I’m honored to take on this role,” Wesler said. “Fuel Factory isn’t just a business – it’s a family and a community built on passion and doing things the right way. We are committed to carrying that vision forward while continuing to push the brand to new heights.”

The leadership transition is effective October 1. Fuel Factory remains focused on its mission of supporting racers, dealers, and distributors across the country with premium fuels and a commitment to integrity-driven growth.
