F3 Energy Drink Fuels Ron Capps Campaign for a Fourth NHRA Championship

Fueled by passion, drive, and now, a carefully crafted energy drink that utilizes premium natural ingredients, three-time Funny Car world champion Ron Capps is amped up and ready to roar into the 2025 NHRA Mission Foods Drag Racing Series season thanks to the addition of F3 Energy to his growing list of Ron Capps Motorsports partners.

Capps, the Funny Car category’s winningest active racer, announced today a multi-year major associate agreement with F3 Energy, an innovative line of energy drinks designed to support mental acuity, focus, and physical performance. Becoming involved in NHRA Drag Racing, the most extreme motorsport in the world, is a natural fit for F3, which was founded in 2022 and first entered the market through partnerships with UFC and MMA fighters before expanding into other high-adrenaline sports properties such as Professional Bull Riders and motocross. While F3’s partnership with Capps and his NAPA Auto Care Toyota GR Supra Funny Car team is the brand’s first foray into high-speed straight-line racing, F3 is no stranger to motorsports, having also recently ventured into IndyCar.

“We’ve been wanting and waiting for the right beverage partner, and we’re beyond thrilled that F3 has opted to expand into NHRA Drag Racing,” said Capps, fresh off a win from the PRO Superstar Shootout pre-season test event in Bradenton, Fla. earlier this month. “Let’s face it, 330-mile-per-hour racing and energy drinks go hand-in-hand, it’s the perfect fit, and with F3, we’re proud to be able to align ourselves with one of the beverage industry’s latest and greatest lines to hit the market. Their brand is growing, and so are we, and we’re looking forward to growing together.

“We first linked up with (F3 Energy founder) Harrison Rogers and his team toward the end of last season and they’ve made sure to keep our coolers well stocked. Our whole NAPA team loves the product line and has been enjoying F3 Energy all off-season. For me, F3 provides the perfect balance of great taste and clean ingredients, and the best part is, F3 doesn’t make you feel jittery or anxious the way some other energy drinks do. They keep you focused and sharp, which will definitely be helpful during those long days at the track or in the high-pressure situations we drag racers often find ourselves in. Another thing that’s really cool is, they also have a Mood line, which is basically the opposite of their energy drinks. After all that adrenaline and the ‘go-go-go’ atmosphere at the track, F3’s Mood drinks, with their nootropic benefits, really help me to unwind and mellow out after a long day of racing.”

All F3 Energy and Mood drinks contain natural flavors, zero sugar, zero carbs, and zero calories. As a major associate partner, F3 Energy will receive prominent branding on the rear quarter panel of Capps’ 11,000 horsepower NAPA Funny Car. The F3 logo will also be clearly displayed on the team’s apparel and Capps’ firesuit. In addition to utilizing the Ron Capps Motorsports hospitality pavilion, F3 is also planning for multiple fan activations in various NHRA Mission Foods Series markets, beginning with the upcoming NHRA Arizona Nationals event near Phoenix, March 21 – 23.

Harrison Rogers, CEO of F3 Energy has said, “F3 Energy thrives on fueling high-performance athletes who push the limits, and there’s no better representation of that than Ron Capps and his team. NHRA Drag Racing is the ultimate test of speed, focus, and endurance—qualities that align perfectly with F3’s brand mission. Ron is a legend in motorsports, and his relentless drive for excellence mirrors everything we stand for. We’re honored to support his championship pursuit and introduce F3 to the passionate NHRA community. Whether it’s keeping the team dialed in on race day with our clean, high-performance energy drinks, or helping them unwind with our Mood line, we’re here to support peak performance at every level.”

The Ron Capps Motorsports team will soon head south to Gainesville, Fla. from their racing headquarters near Indianapolis to kick off the 2025 NHRA Mission Foods Series season with the NHRA Gatornationals, Mach 7 – 9, at Gainesville Raceway. With the added boost from F3 Energy, Capps and the NAPA team will launch their campaign for a fourth series title when qualifying gets underway on that Friday at 3 p.m. ET.
