The Extreme Outlaw Pro Mod (EOPM) series presented by ATI Performance Products rolls back into Virginia Motorsports Park (VMP) June 7, with some of the most exciting Extreme Pro Modified racing around, Extreme Top Sportsman sponsored by Rogers Automotive, plus Jr. Specialties and Extreme Jr Dragster sponsored by Franklin Electric.
ATI Performance Products, an industry leader in high-performance racing transmissions and torque converters presents “The EOPM SUMMER SLAM at VMP” sponsored by Buck Racing Engines & Davis Hunt Race Cars.
At the most recent EOPM event, the NOPI Nationals at the famed Thunder Valley Dragway in Bristol, TN, Tommy “Fast” Franklin qualified number one and went on to win his fourth straight Extreme Outlaw Pro Mod event–including the last race of 2013 and the first three of this season.
The question for the rest of the field is, can anyone stop the stellar performance of the Franklin Family? All of the EOPM stars will be on hand to give it their best shot under the lights on Saturday night at Virginia Motorsports Park. You don’t want to miss it, and as always, “The EOPM is just a great place to race” and “Big Daddy is always on the scene!”
VMP spectator gates open at 10 a.m., with EOPM qualifying sessions scheduled for 2:30, 4:00 and 5:30 p.m., followed by eliminations beginning at 7 p.m. Admission is FREE with the online flyer filled out and parking is just $10/car or $20/car pitside.
