Pro Stock Motorcycle standout Chris Bostick knows that he is at a pinnacle moment in the season as he works to race his Surf Signature RV Resorts Suzuki into the Top Ten in points standings. With only two races left before the Countdown to the Championship begins, the fan-favorite drag racer is eager to make some big moves this weekend at the DENSO NHRA Sonoma Nationals at Sonoma Raceway.
Achieving a new personal best elapsed time last week in Seattle was just the boost Bostick needed before heading into the penultimate event of the Pro Stock Motorcycle regular season. His White Alligator Racing (WAR) crew chief Tim Kulungian has been hard at work to find performance advantages and Bostick is hitting his stride at the right point in the season. He recently moved up to 11th in the points standings, just 12 points out of the Top Ten.
“We’ve learned a lot over the past few races and now it’s time to turn up the heat,” said Bostick. “The progress we’ve made shows us that we are moving in the right direction, at the right time. Sonoma fans love Pro Stock Motorcycle, and I know their enthusiasm will make us all eager to put on a great show for them.”
As always, The Surf pit will be a popular stop for fans, offering a chance to interact with the team and test their reaction times aboard The Surf show bike, giving them a taste of what it’s like to stage a Pro Stock Motorcycle. The team is excited to engage with fans, sharing insights and providing a closer look at the sport’s intricacies.
