Finish Line Consultants LLC has appointed Debbie O’Rourke as the Series Manager for NHRA Pro Mod.

“From the beginning of Finish Line in early 2021, Debbie has been an invaluable part of our journey,” said Eric Dillard, Managing Partner, Finish Line Consultants LLC. “The progress we’ve made together reflects Debbie’s dedication and unwavering support, both on the track and behind the scenes. This journey has not only been significant for our organization as we manage the NHRA Pro Mod direction, but it also emphasizes our commitment to uplifting the entire racing community. We strive to create an environment that benefits racers, sponsors, vendors, and sanctioning bodies, fostering connections and understanding every step of the way.”

There is no doubt that O’Rourke has played a crucial role in developing the various capabilities now available and in enhancing the experience for all stakeholders.

“Having been a racer myself for over 15 years, I have a strong understanding of what racers need,” O’Rourke said. “In Australia, I secured sponsorship opportunities, giving me insight into what sponsors seek regarding return on investment (ROI). With my executive management experience, I have successfully managed a complex business like Finish Line Consultants. I am excited about the opportunity to work in such a dynamic environment and believe that we can achieve great things for NHRA Pro Mod as a whole. The Advisory Board consists of a special team of individuals, and without their involvement, our accomplishments so far would not have been possible.”

O’Rourke will continue to manage all aspects of FLC’s NHRA Pro Mod operations, which include general management, marketing, sponsorship activation, and financial oversight.

“I believe we have developed a unique approach in many areas, particularly our onsite hospitality services, where we add our distinctive touch and sense of community,” said O’Rourke.

O’Rourke will also remain the NHRA’s primary contact, handling everything from parking rigs to developing sponsorship opportunities and creating promotional activities.

“Since 2021, we have established our goals and committed to them,” O’Rourke said. “We hope that 2025 will be our biggest year yet!”
