Courtney Enders Discusses Her Multifaceted Career in Drag Racing on ‘The Racing Business’ Podcast

In a recent interview on Drag Illustrated’s “The Racing Business,” Courtney Enders shared insights into her career, the importance of wellness and her drive to uplift the drag racing community.

From junior dragsters to pivotal roles in Elite Motorsports and FloRacing, Courtney’s journey is a testament to determination, adaptability and community support.

Courtney Enders’ passion for drag racing was ignited at a young age, inspired by her family, particularly her sister Erica. “My journey began with my dad, who was very passionate about drag racing. I wanted to do whatever my sister did, so I followed in her footsteps,” she reminisced. This familial bond propelled Courtney through the ranks, from junior dragsters to a prominent position in Elite Motorsports.

Enders underscores the significance of physical health and wellness in sustaining a successful racing career. “In order to have a successful racing business and racing industry, we got to stay alive. Make sure you take care of yourself,” she advised. This commitment to wellness is a cornerstone of her philosophy, ensuring longevity and peak performance in the high-stakes world of drag racing.

Initially reluctant to embrace public speaking and media roles, Courtney found her place during the pandemic. “I never would have ever been in front of the camera or been on a podcast,” she admitted. However, the pandemic shifted her perspective, leading to a significant role at FloRacing. “It’s crazy that a national, worldwide pandemic is what propelled me into what I am these days,” she reflects.

Courtney’s dedication to the drag racing community is evident in her work at FloRacing. She is passionate about spotlighting racers and enhancing the visibility of the sport. “I want to make stars of people. I want to keep people engaged and appreciate the fight we go through every day to bring the drag racing community a good product,” she stated.

Courtney Enders’ journey is a remarkable blend of personal passion and family influence. Her story serves as an inspiration to aspiring racers and underscores the importance of adaptability, wellness, and community support.
