Brayden Davis Secures Vance & Hines Motorsports Rental Bike for NHRA Countdown Run

Vance & Hines Motorsports announced today that rising Pro Stock Motorcycle competitor Brayden Davis will compete in the full six-race NHRA Countdown to the Championship aboard a Vance & Hines Motorsports rental bike.

Davis, who has quickly established himself as one of the category’s brightest young stars, will continue as an independent entrant while utilizing a Gen 3 Suzuki Hayabusa through the Vance & Hines rental program, which provides qualified racers with access to competitive, race-ready equipment at the sport’s highest level.

In just three starts aboard a Vance & Hines Hayabusa, Davis has already built an impressive resume. He secured the No. 1 qualifier position at the Thunder Valley Nationals in Bristol with a 6.870-second pass, then followed with another No. 1 qualifier at the Virginia Nationals, where he also advanced to the semifinals and claimed the Mission #2Fast2Tasty Challenge with career-best marks of 6.757 seconds at 198.85 mph.

At the prestigious U.S. Nationals in Indianapolis, Davis recorded a runner-up finish and became one of the youngest riders to break the 200 mph barrier in qualifying, joining NHRA Pro Stock Motorcycle’s exclusive 200 mph club. By committing to the remaining six Countdown events, Davis also becomes eligible for NHRA’s 2025 Rookie of the Year award under the sanctioning body’s rules, which require participation in at least five events without exceeding four prior single-season starts or 15 cumulative national event appearances.

Davis made his Pro Stock Motorcycle debut earlier this season in Gainesville and has since tallied two No. 1 qualifying positions, a #2Fast2Tasty Challenge victory, career-best elapsed times and speeds, and a U.S. Nationals final-round appearance within his first three events. Backed by PowerTrain Inc., a leading supplier of high-performance drivetrain and engine components, Davis now sets his sights on the Countdown with proven equipment and momentum behind him.

With nearly five decades of championship-winning experience, Vance & Hines Motorsports delivers proven performance through precision-built components and expert engine services. From advanced cylinder head development to high-performance engine components and closed-course competition exhaust systems, every product is engineered to provide a decisive edge.

Most recently, Vance & Hines has expanded its offerings with a Pro Stock Motorcycle rental program, opening the door for independent racers like Davis to chase championship glory at the professional level.
