Drag Illustrated has officially released its highly anticipated 2025 Photo Annual, a visually driven celebration of the moments, machines, and personalities that defined the season. The newest edition is headlined by 2025 Snowbird Outlaw Nationals Pro Mod winner Jason Harris, whose standout performance at Bradenton Motorsports Park in December earned him the cover of this year’s issue.
“The Photo Annual has become one of our favorite projects every year because it allows us to let the images do the talking,” said Wes Buck, Founder and Editorial Director of Drag Illustrated. “The 2025 season delivered unforgettable moments across the sport, and this issue captures them in a way only our photographers can. This also marks the second year that the Snowbirds winner snagged the cover. It keeps the conversation going and serves as a permanent reminder that Jason Harris kicked off the 2025/2026 Drag Illustrated Winter Series with a remarkable win at the Snowbirds.”
Inside, readers will find an expansive feature spotlighting Harris and the rest of the Snowbird Outlaw Nationals winners, alongside more than 60 pages of striking imagery captured by Drag Illustrated’s talented roster of contributing photographers. From championship celebrations and behind-the-scenes candids to explosive on-track action, the 2025 Photo Annual delivers a comprehensive visual recap of the year that was in drag racing.
“We’re proud to work with some of the most talented photographers in the sport – and within motorsports, period,” said Nate Van Wagnen, editor-in-chief, Drag Illustrated. “We showcase their work in every issue, but the Photo Annual truly belongs to the photographers. We write captions to add some context, but so many of these photos tell a story. Some of them are just flatout visually striking at first glance and some of them take a closer look to fully appreciate the photo. The digital edition of the magazine is great, but this is one issue that benefits from a deep dive into a printed copy. Huge thanks to all of the photographers who contributed to the 2025 Photo Annual.”
The digital edition is available now, giving fans immediate access to the full issue, while print copies will begin arriving in subscriber mailboxes over the next two weeks.
