Winters Racing is proud to announce a renewed partnership with Truck Supply Companies as the primary sponsor of the upcoming NHRA 4-Wide Carolina Nationals, September 19–21 at zMAX Dragway. In addition to headlining this marquee event, Truck Supply Companies will continue as an associate sponsor at all NHRA events throughout 2025.
This marks the 10th consecutive year of collaboration between Truck Supply Companies and driver Doug Winters, who will once again pilot the iconic Winters Racing NHRA Pro Mod ’69 Chevelle.
The Chevelle will roll into Charlotte sporting a bold Hot Rod Black paint scheme accented with Truck Supply Companies branding.
“I think fans are really going to love the aggressive look of this Chevelle,” said Doug Winters. “The flat black gives it a tough, unmistakable appearance. Our team has always been known for sharp-looking cars, and this one is no exception. It’s a great showcase for the partners that make it all possible.”
For Winters Racing, zMAX Dragway is more than just another stop on the NHRA tour.
“zMAX is like a home track for us. Being just an hour from our shop, we always have a strong showing with family and friends in the stands,” said Allen Winters, crew chief. “We had a tough outing earlier this year, but this race is a chance to bounce back in a big way.”
Truck Supply Companies has been a cornerstone sponsor since Winters Racing’s debut in NHRA Pro Mod more than a decade ago.
“We’ve been with Doug and Allen since day one,” said Keith Evans, General Manager of Truck Supply Companies. “Our owner, Edward Neeley, believed in the potential of this partnership, and it’s been a win for both sides. We’re excited to be the primary sponsor for Charlotte.”
Winters Racing also extends gratitude to B’laster Products, who supported the team as primary sponsor through the first part of the season and will continue as a key partner. Following Charlotte, Richmond Gear will step in as the new primary sponsor of the ’69 Chevelle.
The team would like to recognize their long-time supporters for 2025: NGK Spark Plugs, Richmond Gear, Optima Batteries, Gunk, Liquid Wrench, Andy McCoy Race Cars, and MSR Suspension.
