NHRA Makes Parity Adjustment to Nitrous and Turbocharged Pro Mods

In response to performance numbers from the first three races on the 10-race NHRA J&A Service Pro Mod Series tour, NHRA vice president of Technical Operations Glen Gray announced today new allowable minimum weights for the Turbocharged and Nitrous-assisted combinations. Both combinations will need to add 50 pounds, bringing the allowable minimum weight up to 2,650 pounds for turbo cars and 2,475 pounds for Nitrous-assisted entries. The minimum allowable weight for Supercharged entries remains unchanged at 2,600 pounds.
