Cameron Ferrè and Miersch Racing are thrilled to announce they will be representing the industry-leading legacy brands Racepak, MSD and ACCEL Performance Group at this year’s Chevrolet Performance U.S. Nationals in the Top Alcohol Dragster class.
Cameron Ferrè, 30, a Marketing employee for Racepak when he is not flying down the track at 280 MPH, is ready to hit the track for the exciting and most prestigious event in drag racing.
“I am psyched to represent such a great line of brands at the biggest race of the year. All of these brands have such a rich history in motorsports, I hope to be able to make more history with them this weekend. It is awesome that the brands I work for recognize and support my goals in the office and on the track. I have had dreams of racing at Indy since I was a little kid and I am pumped to be able fulfill this dream driving Larry Miersch’s A/Fuel dragster with representation from Racepak, MSD and ACCEL Performance Group.”
Cameron Ferrè, former Jr. Dragster National Champion and standout in many different racing categories throughout his racing career, has found a great fit with the Miersch Racing team, owned by Larry Miersch. Cameron and Larry have been working together for many years and a year ago Larry passed the seat of his nitro-burning A/Fuel dragster over to Cameron. “Cam and I work really well together and he is doing a great job driving. With him in the seat it has allowed me to focus completely on the tuning duties and helped me get a better handle of the car. I feel it has really been showing as of late. We have gotten over the small hurdles and the team is in a nice groove right now. I am excited to see how we stack up against the best of the best in the Midwest,” said Miersch.
Ferrè and Miersch Racing will also have associate backing from Armor Paving & Sealing for this year’s prestigious event.
