VP Racing Fuels, Inc., The World Leader in Fuel Technology®, proudly congratulates Greg Anderson and the KB Titan Racing team on breaking the NHRA Pro Stock national record (ET) and known world record. Running on VP Racing C25 Race Fuel and Pro Grade 0W Engine Oil, Anderson set the record at the 2025 NHRA season opener, the Gatornationals in Gainesville, FL.
“To come to the first race of the current VP Racing-fueled era of the NHRA and reset the Pro Stock record is simply amazing. It underscores the quality of our products and our commitment to the series, racers, and fans as the Official Fuel of the NHRA,” said Bruce Hendel, Senior Vice President, Global Sales at VP Racing.
In just the second qualifying run of the 2025 NHRA season, Greg Anderson piloted his KB Titan-powered Chevy Camaro into the record books with a 6.443-second elapsed time at 212 mph, surpassing the previous record of 6.450 seconds set in 2022.
“This was the first race in the current EFI era of Pro Stock where our C25 race fuel was utilized, and the results were outstanding,” said Freddie Turza. “Fresh off their championship last season, Greg Anderson and KB Titan have demonstrated the exceptional power potential of VP Racing Fuels and Pro Grade Engine Oil—not only setting the record on Friday but also securing a 1-2 finish, with Dallas Glenn defeating Greg in the finals on Sunday.”
With history already being made in the first round of the 2025 season, VP Racing looks forward to continued record-breaking performances across all NHRA classes throughout the next decade of racing. The company remains dedicated to supporting racers who trust VP’s products through newly expanded contingency programs for race fuel and lubricants.
